Chaktomuk Short Film Contest (CSFC) is an online short film contest. It was established to promote and reward the audiovisual creation of the short films in Cambodia and Southeast Asian countries. It aims to stimulate young people to make more films and to inspire the next generation of filmmakers.

FilmCampKH, held in conjuction with CSFC, is an event that brings both filmmakers and film lovers together. It provides a platform for everyone to express their ideas, share experiences, learn new techniques, and through the use of film, tell powerful stories that connect communities together.

4Ks (Kon Khmer Koun Khmer), the organizer of CSFC and FilmCampKH, is a self-sustained team of young Cambodians with the main focus on film production and event management which we believe will inspire other young Cambodians to make films.

MekongNet, of which MekongTV belongs to, is an active supporter of the development of Cambodia's creative talents and educational sectors.
